I love fragrances. Smell is the most overlooked sense in my opinion, and once you unlock its potential, you will see the world in a whole new way. On this page you can find my favorite perfumes illustrated with GIFs.

Top: Pink Pepper, Cardamom

Middle: Raspberry, Nutmeg, Ylang Ylang

Bottom: Cedarwood, Bourbon Amber

After originally testing this in their discovery set, I quickly used up the whole sample and decided I needed a full bottle. Despite its name, this perfume is less boozy and more smoked cedar woods to me. I brought the sample with me on a trip to my family farm a few summers ago, and the scent became strongly associated with that place. It conjures up visions of fire pit smoke, the prairie wind lapping at my cheeks, poplar trees and twigs in my hair.

I've gotten multiple compliments on it--one in the elavator of an Ethel Cain concert, and one from a fellow audience member in a live choir performance. What they said specifically that excited me was, it smells like the forest but not in a cloying way. I might even go as far as to say this is my signature fragrance. Afterall, it has been listed as so on my Fragrantica page forever
